The choice of the home inspection industry was a natural one for Todd Bowers after receiving a degree in Construction Engineering from OSU. With more than 13 years of experience in this industry we have conducted around 12,000 home inspections in Lane, Linn, and Benton Counties, including Eugene and Springfield.

In the past we have been asked by real estate professionals to conduct Continuing Education Courses. Our home inspectors have experience performing inspections on various sized homes, ranging from extremely small to enormous, and can inspect all phases of new construction as well as older and even historic homes.

Additional Inspection Services Offered

We offer additional inspection services as well as a complete home inspection. Our customers can arrange to have a related inspection performed at the same time as the home inspection, or they can arrange to schedule one of these services separately. These include:

When we perform a home inspection it will take around three or four hours to complete the process. The home inspector will evaluate more than 1,600 items of the home, and take all of the time necessary to answer any questions or address any concerns that the customer may have. The inspector will provide a highly detailed report that includes color photos in a convenient binder on site before leaving, and any follow up questions after the inspector has left are welcomed and answered completely.
